We love Wedding Management because it’s inclusive: you get to plan your day your way and have our team bring the vision to life. It’s the perfect service for you if you and your partner enjoy planning, value having an expert on your team for questions or insight throughout the planning process, and want to relax on your wedding day knowing the pros have it covered.
the wedding management package includes timeline creation, vendor management, set up / tear down & helping you dot your i's and cross your t's
(aka make sure that every aspect of your day is covered)
the bulk of this package begins approximately 8 weeks prior to your wedding date + email access to our team throughout your wedding planning process
full service planning
with this package, We handle every detail large & small for your wedding.
From securing a venue, to custom event design, to meeting with vendors on your behalf, and serving as the point person on the wedding weekend, our Full Wedding Planning is the full monty for your wedding celebration.
it’s the perfect service for Type A couples (just like us!) that are excited to plan a wedding and love details but don’t have the time to plan a wedding themselves because of their work or family obligations. We’ll work alongside you the entire time, advocating for you and bringing your vision to life.
design+ aesthetics
Whether you know exactly how you want your day to look like, but you are unsure how to put it all together, or if you have no idea what your style is, this package helps narrow down and put a focus on all of the details.
no matter the budget, our design package can help you figure out how to get this most bang for your buck and pull off the wedding design of your dreams.
Our wedding design package automatically comes with our full service planning package, but may be added on to your wedding management package

Fast forward to two months pre-wedding and we couldn’t be more excited!
We’ll schedule one last in-person planning meeting with you to finalize all the details.
We’ll follow up with all of your vendors, tour your venue, and build your wedding weekend timeline.
It’s your wedding weekend!
we will be there bright and early with our binders, floor plans, timelines and emergency gear (like bobby pins and bandaids).
We’ll handle everything from supervising the set up, to clean up, to any pushy family members.
our role as your advocate is to make sure the day goes off without a hitch.

Depending on the type of service you’ve chosen, we’ll get started bringing your vision to life.
For Full Planning & Design clients, we get started researching and planning.
for Wedding Management clients, you get started planning — with help from us, of course! We’ll give you all of our exclusive tools, like our wedding planning checklist and vendor recommendations.
We’ll check in with you as we go to make sure you love everything we come up with, and we’re answering all of your questions.
STEP 2
You get engaged and SET UP A FREE CONSULTATION WITH US.
We’ll connect EITHER via a video call OR AN IN PERSON MEETING where we will chat about all things wedding.
We want to get to know you and your partner, understand your vision for the big day, and what you’re most excited (and anxious) about.
This step is hella important because we’ll be spending a lot of time together to create your dream wedding.
